weapon roll, add skills to roll?

Would it be possible to connect the hero's Skill score, and their appropriate Weapon Special Skill score, to the weapon's dice roll? For example, when you click on the weapon's dice, and it picks up three dice, would there be some way to automatically add the current skill score to the die roll, when the dice are rolled? Otherwise, it's easier for the player to manually type into the chat bar "/die 2d6+7+3" (for example) to add their skill scores onto their attacking dice rolls. Maybe in the hero's inventory, next to their weapon / armour, the player could type into a modifier box the current value of their skill + appropriate special skill, to add that modifier when the weapon dice gets rolled?
